Deadly habits

I recently declared to the world that I was partaking in a month long "bread fast". Basically, for an entire month I would eat nothing but bread and water. That was until a dear friend of mine, far more acquainted with nutritional science, informed me this was dangerous and albeit foolish endeavor. Which I'll admit, wasn't dissuading me until Mr. Kidney Failure threw his hat into the ring. I don't want to sound cowardly, but, I'm rather fond of my ability to pee without being hooked up to a machine. True story.
They proposed I lessen the duration to a week or so. So, at the behest of science, I shall embark on my week long bread and water fast.

Day 1: So far so good. It seems as though a significant amount of bread is required to be eaten to feel properly satiated. Although, the feeling doesn't last very long.
For lunch I had 3 sub rolls and a pint of water.
For dinner I had half a loaf of Italian Bread, which I made into garlic bread, and another pint of water.
All in all I feel fine.
